Returns Policy
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds for a change of mind. Defective or faulty items will be refunded or replaced. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including all packaging, and we must receive notification of the defect within 30 days of delivery.
If your item has been damaged during transit, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with evidence of the damage and we will investigate and arrange a claim where necessary.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your claim approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
